I too have been training for 15+ years...I have seen many come and go in the gym. I see the guy over there just doing curls, or the guy over there just doing 3 sets of bench. Then when I go out and I am drinking my water or cran juice, he is shoveling beer after beer down his throat..then on wednesday when he is feeling better from the beer and being awake all hours of the night, he feels it is time to do chest. HE cannot understand why he is not growing...

Yeah, come talk to me when you want to dedicate sometime to the gym...and don't ask me dumbe fucking questions...hey buddy do you let your lady roll you over and go to town on you with the strap on??? Well, I thought I would ask because you are walking funny and I never see you do legs(afraid he won't be able to control his farts).

the best is when guys you dont know come up too you and say#do you lift# i reply, imagine if i did.
there was another bodybuilder at a club that i go too that was convinced that i had delt implants.i sort of new him so i thought it was pretty amusing.then he brought over some friends and all of them were so amazed on the size of my delts.i was like a freak on display.i took it as compliment, because they are real.i would never get implants.
then the all famous.do you do steroids.i usually just say its the creatine and ive upped my calories.
people are stupit and should mind there business if they dont know you that well.i dont go around asking girls do you spit or swallow.
