Ive tried many supplements in my time about 6 mos.ago I tried Rick Gasparis Super pump and some other shit(creatine) cant think of the name of it right now, he sell and it worked great,it did what it said it would do for the most part woke up ready for the gym and helped me acheive a great pump,just want another jolt from a great product I could easily get the same stuff just wondering what some of you are using for energy/pump/something that puts you in the zone. after I get some input I'll make a desicion.Thanx Later.........
 
Sometimes I take some caffeine pills. 200mg per pill. I will also stack that with some effedrine on occasion. But name brand "pre workout stimulators" I have found to be a rip off. I get just as good of a pump from taking Effedrine/caffeine pre workout as I did when I tried NO Xplode. If your diet is on then you will have good pumps, but I understand having days where your dragging ass and need a little boost, just don't underestimate the power of caffeine.:)
 
For me its got to be ephedrine, caffeine and some aspirin. All washed down with half a litre of high caffeine content energy drink :D

An hour or two nap before a workout is about the best thing I can think of to be at 100% for a workout. As far as supplements I know NO-Explode has a shit reputation around here but that stuff is as potent to me as 40mg ephedrine and 250mg caffeine.
