What does 100-200 mg actually do for growth?

As your average guy makes 5-10 mg/day. With 7.5 being the median that makes for 52.5 a week for most guys. At 200mg/week of Test E or C with the ester removed you end up with about 140mg/week. That is close to 3X that people make on their own. should definitely aid in recovery and growth.

I definitely grow from 200 a week, thats 2x my trt dose which with a good diet I grow on as well.
 
I notice body composition changes on 200mg. I lean out quickly while maintaining size/weight if my diet i fairly clean. Ive tried 125-150mg and notice i get soft in the abdomen quickly if stray from my diet. Also notice my mental well being is noticeably way better on 200mg/wk.
 
I know more than a few guys that did 1 cc of test (200 mg) per week for a first cycle and gained 20 lbs. After you've been playing with this shit for many years it's a different story. 200 mg basically helps you retain somewhere around your genetic potential of mass.

How about 1 amp of sten (old mexico product with 100mg test per 2ml!) For 5 weeks while training hard at 17 yrs old I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, but it led to about 15lbs (young and dumb) of growth. Probably brought me up to around 200lbs.
 
most peoples 1st cycle was 200mg's per week, growing like weed

150 will make you feel good and give you some size, thats trt dosing so dont expect amazing results but with good diet and sleep you can grow and look wya better
 
I thought more is always better, but it didn't work exactly like that for me. Played with different compounds (EQ, Tren, Deca, Mast, D-bol, A-drol) and while some worked better than others, after some time on these products i felt progressively worse; stuff like appetite problems, upset stomach, bloat, BP increases, mood swings, lethargy; i was getting bigger, but didn't feel good in the process, stronger? yes, but too much products made other important aspects of getting bigger worse, like sleep. Now, I'm chilling on a cc TestE/wk, sleeping better, feeling more stable, slowly making some gains and overall life seems better. I will blast for sure, but i realize that diet/sleep is of vital importance for gains and for mental stability.

ofcourse more is not better, how could it be. like in the new call of duty, if you put all attachments on a gun its not going to be the best gun. even COD knows how nature works! lol

sleep, lack of stress, good digestion, low inflamattion, good mental outlook etc are all just as important as the amount of androgens in our blood for getting those good results.
 
I agree with other it changes body composition, promotes healing, helps with sleep and enhances energy. I guess if you think of it, if your natural testosterone was bt 2-300 and now your at 700 you just doubled your bodies ability to recover.
