What does a working set mean?

a work set means after u warm up and get to a weight that is difficult lets say u warm up and do 5 sets of 5 ur working sets will be those 5 sets everything before that is a warm up

Working sets are the actual sets used with your working weight, after your light warmup sets. Should they be to failure? Depends. ASK YOUR TRAINER.
