I was just looking though several differant diets that some people use from thehigh protein , low carb , high fat to high protein , moderate carb , lower fat and some even use a 33 , 33, 33 style.

I was just wondering what everybody views on it were if you were looking build muscle yet stay lean. I know that I'm very carb sensitive and gain fat on them easly so I'm thinking this offseason i may try to up the cals and keep the carbs in the low to moderate range.

A couple fellas I converse with here loaclly like the higher protein high to moderate fat and low to mod carb diets like
50%Protein , 15%carbs and 35% fats getting most of their fats from dairy , whole eggs and red meat
 
Carb rotation would work well for you. It gives you carbs for fuel on your workout days and low on your rest days. It is a great way to do a lean bulk.
 
well , I've gotten a few PM's reguarding my training under the guidance of Alex and i am in no way second guessing his ways. I could not be happier with my results following him and his diet.

I asked because I like to see what works for everybody else , I'm fasinated that three guys in the same size and strenght range that train toegther have vast differances in their macro needs , one guy gets fat with more and 150g carbs a day when another eats 2 cups of oats 3 times a day !!.

me personaly Mine seems to like the high rpotein moderate carb and lower fats , and thats good for me , makes life easy to follow the diet and still eat with the fam.

Carb cycling looks pretty neat and I like the concept , but more than likely i'll stick with Alex this offseason as he seen what works for me and knows my goals
