As I was getting my pill container out and setup for the upcomming week I couldent help to wonder what all everybody else takes on a daily basis.

I have all my stuff setup divided into three daily doses to be taken around my three major meals , when I pack my bag for the day it looms like cross between a pharmacy and a meat market

So when vitamins and supplements do you take on a day to day basis not counting any AAS

Right now, I am finishing out dieting. Supplement routine looks like this:

AM Pre-Cardio: primaforce yohimbine hcl, sns tta, genomyx dcp, now l-tyrosine, cup of black coffee

Mid Morning: mst mvp multi-vitamin, mst mycogreen, ruthless advanced probiotic, ephedrine

Late morning/early afternoon: ephedrine, monster 0 carb or iced coffee... as needed to control hunger

Pre-Workout: trinitine creatine, ephedrine, sns beta-alanine, iced coffee or monster 0 carb

Night: endo-amp max, mst zmk, fish oil

Injectable L-carnitine every other day... or any time insulin is elevated

When gaining, it's a bit different.

I keep the multi-vitamin, greens supplement, pro-biotics, fish oil, zmk, creatine...

Then I will typically add r-ala, vanadyl sulfate, and digestive enzymes before carb meals.

I'll also drink coconut water mixed with a little whey protein and glycerol pre/intra workout.

Post workout I will take some leucine and a carnivor rtd.

Then throughout the day either lba's, n2bm gear, or super plasma protein... In between meals.
