I used to take about 14-16 vitamins + minerals, etc per day, but realised after several months that I was feeling shit with all the excess crap going through my liver. Now I just keep it real simple - 1 sports multivit+mineral / day, 1000mg glucosamine + chondroitin / day, fish oils and lecithin for cholesterol.
And not only do I feel better for not having too much excessive shit going through my liver, but I look better too...and healthier...
