Ive doing alot of research on this, there really is no straight up answer.
Im looking at taking rips so what would be the best dosage on rips.
I know anything less than 5 ius is considered fat loss.
Whats the recommended dosage?
Also is it better to run it at higher dosages on less days like ( 10ius a day every other day) or lower dosages at higher frequency( 5ius 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off)
