what dosage is hgh run at for muscle gains

Ive doing alot of research on this, there really is no straight up answer.
Im looking at taking rips so what would be the best dosage on rips.
I know anything less than 5 ius is considered fat loss.
Whats the recommended dosage?
Also is it better to run it at higher dosages on less days like ( 10ius a day every other day) or lower dosages at higher frequency( 5ius 5 on 2 off or 6 on 1 off)

Im sorry if I posted in the wrong section,i didnt think it was a beginner question, I felt it was more tied to peptides and such.

I would start low with rips(3iua/day) and slowly build up as it makes you hold alot of water and causes bad cts. 6ius is where mass building begins imo. 10ius everyday is perfect for serious muscle mass. I prefer everyday use.
 
I will def ramp up, Im going to actually start with 2 ius, as some people still encounter the bloat and cts at the dosage too.
what do you think would maximize muscle mass?
Higher frequency of 7.5 (5 on 2 off) or 10ius EOD, as Im on a low budget if you know what I mean.

This would come up to about a kit and half a month which would be perfect.
