So I listened to the podcast and I have a question for anyone that’s tried or has an informed opinion on follistatin.

So Elliott SEEMS like a really educated guy when it comes to PEDs (pushing himself to near death notwithstanding!), but he made a recommendation that I question.
When follistatin first dropped, we thought it might be a Grail for muscle growth, but everything I’ve read for the past couple of years indicated that it’s a big disappointment.
Elliott went out of his way to really emphasize its value and utility, so that made me stop to rethink.
Has there been any new dosing or research that has changed anyone’s opinions?
Clearly, he makes some questionable decisions about dosing other PEDs, but he’s also a freaking Belgian Blue, so is there any value in that recommendation?
