What exactly does GH do again?

I never do any cardio. I simply do not have time. Its either weights or its cardio. Choices have to be made.

Allloadedup. What is/was your current stats including body fat %? Pictures would help the most.

Are you cutting or bulking? Are tou running an AI alongsode that much test? Theres sooooo many questions that need to be answered to figure this out.

The hands/arms going numb at night is a positive side effect that it is indeed real hgh.

I weigh 290lbs. BF? I have no clue. Never have. I have no definition and never have had. So I'm guessing 15%. Who knows. I look pregnant. But I think that is more the juice over the years and the way I am built. I am just blocky. No v-taper for me. I have one when I spread my lats out. Lets see I think my legs are 29 inches, arms a pitiful 18 inches, neck is 23 inches, chest is 54 inches, and I think my calves are like 1 inch. They have never responded no matter what I did. So I don't train them. I never use an AI because I never have any gyno or itchy nipple problems. No way in hell am I gonna post any pics. I would get laughed off of here.

I've come to the conclusion that unless you can afford and have access to pharma GH (I don't), your money and time is much better spent in the kitchen and gym. This is from a BB perspective, not life extension/enhancement, I have no experience in that.

AI's aren't just for gyno or itchy nipples...You're way off base. You need to do some research on elevated estrogen and the issues it causes...Wow!

Explain. There are many here that say if the generic is consistent there's no difference In good generic and pharm.

You hear "because woth pharm u know what you're getting"
To "the structure is different (3d), pharmacy grade just works better for muscle growth."

I don't understand any of it.

I wanna hear from a guy thats ran 6 months plus of a pharm

I have read some but not enough so you are correct. I need to get my estrogen checked. Because I suspect it may be causing and has been causing me some issues. I think I have an issue with prolactin. I have issues "down there". Gotta get the bloodwork done. I know I have been real slack on that. Basically flying blind right now.
