I just have to say again. NOTHING IS BETTER THAN A LOW DOSE OF DNP!!!

3 wks and down 18lbs. 6 inches on my waist......

felt 10x better than on clen or an ECA stack
 
Diet and cardio 1st but

Low dose DNP...hands down...nothing like it and hardly any sides at all. Nothing compared to ECA stacks...:eek:

What do you mean with a low dose? i,m planning to use it in some weeks.
 
Ephedrine and caffeine...and I have to admit I probably use it a little too much.
 
HGH

There is nothing like HGH. I used Pfizer's Genotropin for 5 mo. This was during a 3mo. bulking cycle where I wasn't trying to lose body fat. After 2 mo. the fat just melted away from my midsection. I injected 3 to 4 IU a day around my stomach. My waist size went from 34" to 32" AT 5'11", 214 lbs. It was a little un-nerving, my pants didn't fit anymore. However I couldn't attribute any muscle growth to the HGH. It was about the same as my previous cycle. And then the big disappointment, 6 mo. later I was back to a 34" waist. It was basically a waste of money. HGH is too expensive to stay on continuously.

Acetyl-l-carnitine= as an addition, by itself not spectacular.
 
All of that in one day?

My stomach would be completely ruined after a few days. And how the hell do you sleep with all that stuff in your system? :D

Ive seen ECA recommended at 25mg e, 200mg c, and a depending each dose, three times a day. That pretty much equals out to what she typed, she just added up the doses.

Diet and cardio for me. Havent tried most of the choices.
 
As far as fat loss supplements go, i like caffeine! I'm suprised cardio/diet didn't score higher!

Totally agree with this. Did 300mg/ED of DNP for 8 days with a low calorie diet and no exercise(dnp made me too tired) and lost about 4-5lbs of actual fat and was very manageable. But for me anymore than that was too much but then again I have found from the 4 times that I have used it I have a relatively low tolerance to it. So 300mg to me might be like 500mg to others.

you should give yohimburn es a try, topical delivery allows for much greater and longer tissue saturation (clenbuterol has almost no local effect will actually increase speed of yohimbines exodus from tissue- most of helios effects are thus systemic as opposed to localized)

I thought the whole point of Helios was for spot fat reduction?
 
Diet and cardio combined with Primaforce Caffiene.

When using a little extra help, HGH, T3, and Clen have always worked nicely for me.
 
Of course diet is the main factor...I just happen to like the way Thermal Pro(ECA) works and feels for myself. It makes SUPER early morning cardio on an empty stomach SUPER fun(I do the 1am or 3am sessions because I start at 4 or 5am)....I just love it.:cool: I have a little extra if anyone wants some btw...prob. won't last long...
 
DNP.
HUGE HUGE difference compared to everything else. But hard as hell to come by sometimes.
When I have difficulty I just use a couple bronchaid, some caffeine and go running.
 
there was no choice for diet so i voted nothing at all. i don't do much cardio. just diet and weights
