Am just about to start using IGF-1 Lr3 for first time, I will be using it to bridge and hold mass or even keep gaining if I can between cycles. I will be shooting post workout only, so about 4 x per week at around 30 mcg a time. Need to learn more about it after reading some threads earlier. Firstly I thought you had to refridgerate it after reconstituting with AA like HCG, just read that you dont, that would be a great help if you dont. Could someone let me know about this. And then my main question was how should you eat while taking IGF-1, especially after taking a shot (read about people going hypo). Would love advice on nutrition after taking the IGF and potential problems, maybe it does not apply to a lowish dose like mine but it would be good info. Thanks ahead of time. Peace.
