What food after shooting IGF?

Hi all,
Am just about to start using IGF-1 Lr3 for first time, I will be using it to bridge and hold mass or even keep gaining if I can between cycles. I will be shooting post workout only, so about 4 x per week at around 30 mcg a time. Need to learn more about it after reading some threads earlier. Firstly I thought you had to refridgerate it after reconstituting with AA like HCG, just read that you dont, that would be a great help if you dont. Could someone let me know about this. And then my main question was how should you eat while taking IGF-1, especially after taking a shot (read about people going hypo). Would love advice on nutrition after taking the IGF and potential problems, maybe it does not apply to a lowish dose like mine but it would be good info. Thanks ahead of time. Peace.
 
Do you have your IGF1 yet?

Did it come with BW or AA?

You should have your PWO drink about 20 minutes after. My PWO contains 45g Protein, 98g Maltodextrin, 5g Creatine, 10g BCAA's.

I use 40mcg 3X week (M.W.F.)bi-laterally (20mcg each side)
 
Kit comes with AA and NaCl. I pressume maltodextrin is a fairly fast acting carb. Now should you take a drink for nutrition along with the shot or could you eat food (would it take too long to get in to the system) if so what foods? So you only need to be concerned with the first few hours of nutrition after the IGF concerning hypo? So Zuke how is the IGF for you? - would still like to know about storage ie, whether refridgerate or not? Thanks.

Well, you should be VERY concerned with the nutrition after you pin your IGF1. Most of all because they are the 3 meals that you eat PWO.

I take my IGF1 IMMEDIATLEY after my workout. I finish my workout, walk to the lockeroom, tehn go in the stall and pin it. Then 20 minutes later I drink my PWO drink (you wanna wait 20 minutes for IGF1). Have any PWO with Protein, Simple Carbs, Creatine, BCAA's (i prefer).

As for storage, I keep it in my fridge. Then when i wake up in the a.m. i make my pins up then put them in my ice pack lunch tote. Then I carry it to the gym with me.

After my PWO drink, I have another meal about 1.5hrs later. Usually, eggs, whole wheat toast, then about 2.5 hours later i eat again. Usually 1/2 lbs ground turkey, and 1/2 cup long stem brown rice. Along with 2 tbsp of natty peanut butter.
 
Someone posted an article from the manufacturer of IGF. In AA it lasts for about 2years in room temp. So, I'd assume fridge would not be necessary, especially bringing a coldpack with you along with the slin pin to the gym.
 
Thanks Zuke, and Putin- I heard the same about IGF in AA would last a long time at room temp, most people say to refridgerate it though so I really wanted to know for sure. Zuke what has been your experiences with the IGF so far? Peace.

So far I like it. Yes, I am maybe overdoing it abit with the coldpack. But "oh well" it makes me feel good. Only on for week. I have noticed nice pumps in muscle pinned. Maybe the placebo effect so far?? Also the shots sting a bit with the AA.

I draw 16iu's of Vitamin B12, then add 4iu's of IGF1. That was the IGF1 goes in first and I will make sure I get all and none stays in the syringe.

Remember, you will not see HUGE gains on IGF1. This is like an investment, that will pay its dividends bit by bit with each cycle (more quality growth). I am going to run it between all my cycles along with my HRT dose 250mg Test.

Then on my cycles I just ramp Test up to 500-750/week, EQ 400/wk, and through in some Dbol 25-40/day. Pretty simple actually.

So is from injectable Dbol at 50mg/day.
