What gets inkjet printer ink off your hands?

I was changing my ink cartridge today and it leaked on my hands. Only the red for some reason... So now it looks like I was involved in a massacre and it won't come off. What will take it off?

rubbing alcohol? or nail polish remover?

those would be my first guesses ...
