I'm sure I'm gonna piss people off again, but the UG has been dead since the original one shut down. There's like 6 active members left. Nothing against the remaining members, they're good guys, but it's time to give up. The UG is dead.

it's by invite only,so not as much traffic as a public board but that's fine by me.the old timers keep finding it more and more everyday,and the guys running it this time are golden.this ug will be around for a long time to come.

The UG died, then kind of came back from the dead for a minute, then died again. It's now at ugbodybuilding.com and I don't see it going anytime soon. If anything we'll just keep passing the torch. It is a tight little group maybe 100+ members in the month or so its been online. Between PM and Renegade, it's a comfortable place to call home.

Invite only has its pros and cons.. its not really terrible for a board, I mean look at bodybuilding.com its the worst forum ever you can post about anything and you can expect atleast 10 negitive comments before the post dies. that tight circle in a board is what keeps its quality so high in my opinon, im a part of 6 forums, and since I got back into the gym last month, this is the only board Ive been at.

What the hell? A UG mod that isn't praying for my death!! That's crazy, man. . The old UG was my home for many years. The old timers from that board were my first message board buddies. I hope the new UG does well for you guys. Maybe y'all can pump some life back into and make it what it used to be years ago. I know most of the guys there and even though many of them wish I'd get hit by a train, I honestly have no problem with anyone there and I'd still gladly help any of them out in any way I could.

I've always loved the Ug. One of my old time favorites. Lots of good people over there. I'm going to have to find some time and stop by the Ug more often. The new format at the Ug looks great. Long live the Ug!!!!
