For those of you that struggle with chronic knee pain, shoulder pain or elbow pain - what has actually been effective in helping reduce the pain?
I currently take 3g of EPA/DHA per day and 1g of Tumeric/day.
I've experimented with mega dosing the standard Glucosamine/Chondrotin/MSM and didn't experience any relief. I've also tried Collagen without much luck.
