It's synergistic problem solving. You help yourself by fixing your own issue. You also fix someone elses. And when you start having conversations with dozens of people doing the same thing you are, they always bring up how helpful you were when all you did....is ultimately help yourself.
I did something similiar with a local business. Great guy but just oblivous to whats going on around him until it ends up hurting him or his employees.
Now theres 360 degree CCTV coverage around the building. Normally I hate surveillance but this place needed it. Now it's there.
And now my issue of people almost getting merc'd by fast moving automobiles has been solved because people were using his property as a dumping ground.
I have more but you get the point.

Another add. After 30 years I figured out that my knees hate leg extensions regardless of how I setup the axis, toes up/out/in, legs wider/narrower etc etc.
Dropping them and funny enough replaced them with bodyweight sissy squats (the old school kind holding onto a support and keeping your upper body aligned with your femurs) and my knees have never felt better?
Extremely counter intuitive if you ask me...

It is eye opening. We spend probably trillions to fight obesity or People sit around frustrated they can't drop 5 lbs, when the solution is as simple as downloading a calorie tracking app and step counter...both are 100% free.Not something I learned new this year, but kind of eye opening how many times I am reminded that calorie deficit is absolutely undefeated when it comes to weight loss. The god among men of all other factors. More wins than The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Every single motherfuckinng time I have a guy that is not losing that should be, it always ends up that they are: not tracking correctly, not being truthful about their intake, or not doing their cardio lol.
Not to speak for him but id guess he's not talking about them eating so much they gain bodufat...but the combination of massive calories, drugs, gh dosages...and poor insulin sensitivity and gut health leading to guys stomach sticking out even when bf is low.wdym by eating "like the pro BB drug pigs"? how do these piglets eat? what if you ate as them, but didnt overeat so many calories that you put on much bodyfat?
