2.5 hrs away by train is a long way. Those Japanese trains go real fast too. Doesn't it hit about 200 mph if it is out in a rural area? I was surprised at how fast the trains in Italy went, upwards of 180 mph. Must be hard not seeing her. I hope your ex takes good care of her and makes sure she doesn't get sick. I hope you get to see her soon.

This is just regular train service, not bullet train. I used the bullet train a lot when I had business trips to Osaka.

I check in with both my ex and my daughter by messages and email respectively.
My daughter has extreme atopic dermatitis and asthma so I worry sometimes....
