Look up low protein bodybuilding, its been done. I started going 75-100 grams per day in 2017, averaging about 50g-75g per day this year. Still haven’t lost even a centimeter of size anywhere in nearly four years and eating is actually fun now, I had PB&J and chocolate milk for lunch today lol, maybe I’ll have a steak and salad for lunch, maybe cheesecake.... I can never go back to “1 gram per pound bro”.

PIcs? also what are you using for AAS. If you are on supraphysiologic doses, you can get away with a lot. but for the natural, or the ones on true TRT, I feel like perfomance drops with low protein

You really have no clue if you've lost muscle because you continually rely on inch / centimeter measurements of body parts instead of accurate methods of assessing lean and fat mass like a Dexa scan.

I have no reason not to believe you because I've seen other guys do it, but for me, my recovery is much better when I eat closer to the 1.25-1.5g per pound mark, even when correcting for the same calories. I think it's highly individual.

I've already stated it in another thread. I believe that lithium mitigates many of the imbalances associated with anabolic steroids.
You could make yourself some sugary of fashioned 7up, or maybe a yummy recipe for homemade lithium infused ricecakes.

I haven't actually tried it yet (even though I pretend to be crazy), so I haven't went as far to truly advocate it's effectiveness, causiously making an advance due to the problematic nature of lithium toxicity. I just keep going back to it for more research. Finally it all came together for me, many many advantageous things about it including the anabolism of mTOR itself.
