I am 36yo and started doing GHRP-2 and Mod GRF 1-29 nightly. Before i started i checked my IGF-1 levels and it showed 166ng/ml. What level should i shoot for? 300-400?

But let me guess for fun. 100mcg each ghrp2 / mod grf per pin.
1x at bed: 225
2x morning and bed: 300
3x morning, afternoon, bed: 330
+ 1-2 iu gh: 450
Im 47 and my gh level was 160 as well prior to program. Since, 100mcg morn 10 mins before 150 mcg gh, and 100mcg before bed, around midnight. I remember seein a couple of links where blood can be tested w/o going to a doctor. Does anyone recall these?
