What is a good eca dosage ?

I'm gonna start eca stack with next cut and was wondering what's a good dosage ? I was thinking 25mg eph/ 100mg caffeine first thing in morning prior to cardio . This is my first time using it any suggestions would be helpful .

I always run it at 20/200 3x a day. You'll want to likely work up to that do over a few days, unless you're pretty accustomed to stims.

Thats it...200mg caffeine 25mg ephedrine 81mg aspirin. People usually work up to three times a day with this.
