What is a good whey isolate to go for?

I've been mostly using ON 100% whey, and now want to change something and try a quality whey isolate. I've been reading here about TrueNutrition and Synthetek, but what other brands you have found to be good?

I use True Nutrition cold filtered whey isolate and love it.

True nutrition has a variety of flavors and different kinds of whey isolate so that is always a good option. I personally like natures best isopure zero carb mint chocolate flavor but I'm also mixing in the pb&j cold filtered true nutrition whey isolate.

I will say though while its not whey isolate the best tasting protein I've had is from cellucor. They make a peanut butter marshmallow, cinnamon roll, and strawberry milkshake flavor that are incredible. Can't use em dieting just using isolate but will def be using them a ton offseason!

FYI, ON 100% whey is actually a isolate/concentrate blend.

With that being said, I go with TN protein as at least you know EXACTLY what you're getting.

ON is also now around $55-60 for 5lbs of a blend you have no idea what the % is, you can get true nutrition isolate for 5lbs for $55.

I am also a big fan of True Nutrition Whey Protein Isolate Cold Filtration. It is mixes up great, has a smooth texture and all of the flavors I have tried in WPI cold filtration have been delicious. Not too sweet, not odd aftertaste and the actual flavors come through well.

I started using hydro whey since my body doesn't get along with most whey because of lactose left over - almost universally. Is a good product, very similar to the quality I've seen in synthepure where there is no bloat - and for me the taste is great I just do 1 scoop with meals for added proteins throughout the day and it suits me just fine.

This is the only wpi have been using for years now...Best to cook with, absolutely NO bloat and with Magnus' comparison to other protein powders out there how can you go wrong:

I decided to do a comparison with some of the more popular ones. I was shocked at all the crap in the them. No wonder they are hard to digest. Below is a pic of 4 proteins. Keep in mind these are all 30g protein!

True Nutrition aka true protein is my favorite always, u will find none better. Synthepure I know for a fact is right up there, its been years since I used it but it was clean and pure and your supporting the board and BigA, can't go wrong.

If im in a bind I always go for NB's Isopure. My stomach is very sensitive and it has never given me a problem like Optimum would, I believe it is high quality. If they could only make it taste better we have a winner.

Good choiced. I always thought protein was protein. Tried Truenutrition/True Protein a few years ago and never left. I always wanted to try Synthepure, but always find myself back with TN. Maybe next time.

Honestly? Do you really want me to be honest? The site is confusing... Maybe it is because it has too many choices that can easily overwhelm some folks.
