I consume only complex sweet potatos, and oats mainly.... Since fruit is mostly fructose besides taste how can they help us for our sport ... They cannot be stored for glycogen because they are too slow digesting they are stored in the liver making it not a suitable energy carb pre workout and not a suitable source pwo ,,, Have not heard of many pro consuming fruit even in the offseason besides Eastern europeans rockel, dennis , roelly and a few others so whats the benefits? Y eat them except for taste
