Okay check it, I know I have a low amount of post but I'm not a noob so I don't ask a question because I'm planning on doing it, I'm an observer most of the time so when I ask a question for basic knowledge so when someone ask me about it I know what I'm talking about. And secondly let's not be an ass about things, you don't know me nor do you know when that profile picture was taken trust that's about 20 lbs ago I just happen to like it because I was a bit leaner. If you don't have anything useful to add to post shut the fuck up!

Here's what you tell someone who asks you a question you don't know the answer to: I DON"T KNOW

If someone asks you these types of questions and you give them the wrong advice, won't you feel like shit? I mean, you are going to get different answers from each guy, some of which may have no idea what they're talking about. Because something works for one person doesn't mean it will work for someone else. What does it matter if you don't know everything about slin, will the guys in the gym make fun of you? If so, F them. I know you ask questions to get an idea of things, but you really need to tone it down. Just like in the other thread you asked a question in, you don't respond well to criticism, which isn't good. If you want to be here very long, you need to learn that when someone gives you criticism, it isn't because they're taking a shot at you
