i did a fast for 10 days straight! no food at all... that is real ketosis you wussies! haha j/k its actually pretty stupid, but it really does help to detoxify the body rather well! ..... its amazing how much more clearly you think whe you are fasting, i thought i would be going nuts, but i actually enjoyed it...
i have heard over on another site that a guy was in ketosis for over 80 days straight. I think if you use MCT you could maybe go a little longer than usual, but i am not a big fan of that personally.
Did just over 7 weeks once, 220 gms or so of protein a day, 40 or so gms of fat, carbs as close to zero as possible
A true keto diet is 60-90% fats the rest coming from protein. Meaning you must eat much more fats than pro in order for it to be effective.
