Maybe I over exaggerated a bit lol. I took loans out to pay for school and to live on but I ended up spending a lot on supps, if that makes it sound any better :)

Strained my rear delt doing pullups one day, and it was still sore as hell the next day so I decided to do a push workout.

Tore my pec doing guillotine presses... The pec will never be the same cosmetically.

Spent way too much time in the first few years of training where I max'ed and did heavy triples (heavy for my weak ass at least lol) and didn't eat in a surplus because I didn't want to get fat.

These are the first that come to mind, but I've done loads of dumb things over the years.
 
Taking 1ml of what I thought was liquid adex at bed time.... putting the cap back on, I realized I just took 200mcg of clen at bed time! Could not make myself puke either. It was a "shaky" night

Put about a half cup of salt in a glass with an equal amount of water and drink it down if you need to throw something up you took by mistake. Works like a charm.
 
put real test prop in my calves. couldnt walk for a while
 
My first cycle was 15 Nile Sustanon and one 18g needle. You do the math :eek::eek:

flat barbell benchpress

That's odd...I consider flat barbell bench the "anchor" exercise for chest.

Not arguing, just interested in your perspective: what do you feel has worked better for you?
 
Going by the advice of my jackass friend for my first few cycles and only his advice, he comes to me for advice now....

it's a great way to tear pecs, laburms, rotator cuffs, etc.



i use just machines for chest... that's just me. trying to stay injury free tbh

Heh I did the exact same thing on my first cycle. The clen was for my girl at the time but had the bottles right next to each other. Luckily I wasn’t going to bed at the time. Felt like I drank 3 lots of coffee [emoji13]

Apparently I'm not alone. I took my first dose of clen prior to taking my friend to her prom. I thought it was a nolvadex pill. Both were from the old "chinaman", the old IP. It was a clen/benedryl type combo where there was a substance that was supposed to make you sleepy but also voided the tolerance supposedly clen has after two weeks.

Anyway, it was a wild ride that night.

My shoulders are screwed up from doing too many flat benches and incline. Now I just do decline or a really low incline and my shoulders are fine. Ever try doing declines?
 
umm... it's completely true lol.. i tore both my labrums


we have members here who have torn pecs, etc..

Oh, well then you are being smart using machines only now. I didn't realize you tore labrums. I really believe for the most part decline benches are just fine to do, but that is when you don't have an injury like that.
