8 to 10 hours. oral lasix is to hard, injectable only work for 1 hour and you can control the diuresis better than the oral.

You can take the oral with aldactone to control the potasium and sodium excretion, this is very important to avoid cramps, and a good carb up diet with water ingestion is very important too.
