if you need AI then you are kinda screwed, either start low on test that doesnt cause gyno, then ramp up slowly as you plateau

any DHT based gear will impact lipid i believe

and if your body converts test to DHT way too eficiently then samething can happen.

guess people say aromasin is safest for lipid profile bt you wont know unti you try various combo doses and take blood work.

Yes test without an AI for a cycle. If gyno is an issue then nolva should be used imo (but only when needed and not as a precaution).

Orals are definitely a bad choice for someone with lipid issues, but also genetics has a lot to do with this, I have a friend that can pop 100 mgs of var a day for a month and his lipid count hardly gets affected and if I do 40 mgs a day my good cholesterol drops considerably , and I musst say one compound that does not impact my lipids is Masteron and is DHT product, go figure.
