Not yet but I will on "leg day" tomorrow to hopefully get a decent one in..
Ride the bike for 10mins
Start with lying leg curl
Abductors machines
Then leg press
Leg ext
Keep reps higher and don't worry about the weight
Alot of people feel pain from front squats especially if your not warmed up properly
