I like fast, easy to digest, low-water carbs post workout. Here in Japan I have a favorite - mochi.
Pictured is my daily, which I pick up at 7/11 as I walk home from the gym.
Each container (I eat two) is 35g of carbs. Sticky mochi rice with red-bean paste on top.
Warm in the microwave for 30 seconds and they are sweet, soft goodness. About $1.00-ish USD for a package of three as well.
