I turned 29 in May.... twenty years ago. This past May I turned 49. Just around the corner now is the big five-O .

The funny thing is I always thought that by fifty I would be bigger than I am and I don't seem to be as smart as I figured I would be either...

52 and dealing with arthritis in my right shoulder. Had it scoped and expected ROM to come back. It is a battle every days friend.
NOTE: keep those shoulder healthy

46 and still keeping an open mind to learn. I do wonder how I'd feel if it wouldn't be for all the injuries, operations, and joint rebuilds. All you guys out there listen to the body, it will tell you all you need to know. I didn't and I am in constant pain but I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I just train smarter.

34, and still feel like I'm learning about my body and finding different things that spark new growth. I think in my thirties, I really shifted my focus towards nutrition, it has definitely made a difference. Wasted so many cycles in my twenties with poor diet.
