Looking solid bro. Really good shape to your biceps. I wish i had a peak like that. And you definitely look leaner than 14%.. Maybe more like 10%


Mine are about 17.3 at 10%, 5'9 210lbs. They look kind of decent from the side, until i do a front double bicep and then it looks like shit. It's one of those very long bicep muscles with just no peak. Even when super lean they just don't look impressive. I feel like my triceps make up about 99% of my arms size lol.

The only time I measured they were a little over 19” pumped. I have pretty big arms for someone 5’11” and 210 pounds. I always said I want 20” arms and 32” waist.
