What stay constant amount of sets per Bp , amount of reps , training days etc..

What do you change exercise rotation, exercise selection, sets amount of reps etc...
 
IVe been following Dorian's routine from blood and guts but restpausing the work sets and only being concerned with weekly strength increases. For some reason all i seem to care about any more is strength. I did change some of the exercises like having squats and deads in there and decline bench but really just focusing on getting stronger.

Nice I use to be a high intensity trainer always like Dorian's straight sets over dcs rest paused I found less injuries and better muscle accumilation being that I was consuming the same calories per week..
