Chest and shoulders.

My shoulders keep growing maybe that's why my chest doesn't haha.

Shoulders can get out of proportion so I hate that. Only hit em 1 or 2 times a month.

Chest is stubborn no matter wut angle I hit it, so I hate hitting it but still endlessly toil around with it

I love hitting my calf muscles but I also have very flat feet which means it gets uber painful. Bad enough that I can get a surgery on it but the specialist told me to lose weight first and that might help it enough that I might not want to get one. You know, because all the squats, dead lifts, leg press, calf workouts, and all that are manly painful because I'm at 15% BF and that's too much fat for my feet to handle...

Chest and arms. Arms are 19" so I don't really need to train them that often, and chest, well right now I have a grade2 peck tear so deff no chest for this guy.
Favorites are legs and back

I'm real lucky with abs. Big and chunky, never trained then. Just about diet for me, they poke through well even at about 15% body fat. My mates been dieting for ages. Got his waist below 30 inch and not an an in sight lol. He's got a little fat and water to lose but literally has no abb muscles. Its the only thing he wants to

Legs.just the pain factor and hardly being able to walk the next few days.
 
Legs..

Just recently my knees started cracking and it just hurts like hell to do legs. Never had this problem in the past but now Im 43 and years of training and gear have taken its toll. :(
 
For me it's abs. Always slacked on them because of a nagging back injury but really been pushing the core to help with that injury. Things improved but still don't like doing them.
 
Calves. No matter what I do they never grow anyway so I still dont know why I bother training them.
 
If cardio was an option, I'd pick that. I enjoy training in general, that's why I do it. Don't care what muscle group, I just love being in the gym moving weight around.

I'm in the same boat man, it sucks! I've tried everything, from training 3x a week,high reps, heavy sets, standing, seated, donkey, nothing works. Genetics are a bitch, lol
 
Fav is probably shoulders. But I love training pretty much everything.

Worst is definitely abs though.

Arms by far my favorite...who doesn't like fully pumped guns...
chest and delts my 2nd fav.
back, 3rd because the amount of weight, reps and sets I can do is an extremely taxing workout. probably my best bodypart.
abbs are more of a chore but like cleaning your car or cutting your lawn they look great all summer.
Legs, forearms, traps and calves, these suck to be sore as there needed on a daily bases.

Hammys, the worst by far.
1st I am missing half of one hammy and that tie in at the glute pain can last over a week....
