I agree on arms.I hate everything... It's painful... I honestly train just as a means to a end ( if you know what I mean).. But I dread arm work.. Just bores me.. I actually liked training legs and hammies a bit before the knee replacements.. Hopefully after a bit I can go back and train them again.. Kinda liked leg pumps..
I've noticed if your build is right being taller can help with pulling movements... Take 6ft8 Brian Shaw for example, guys built to move heavyweight period...At 6'4 no matter what I do, my biceps to respond.

Shoulders are numro uno on my list also, nothing as good to me as a bad ass shoulder pump.Fav is probably shoulders. But I love training pretty much everything.
Worst is definitely abs though.

I,m 6'2" with monkey long arms.....They are tough to fill out but without great arms you Nothin!!!
I have always had the genetics for good bize, back as well.
Yrs of strait bar curls...135 x 6 and 95 x 12's since I was 17.
Hit 200pds for a single once...lol
Now I pyramid hangin concentration curls has my mainstay...
Was workin up to 80's before my Blowout but normally 55's for 10's got the job done..
Been hitting my Long head on trize w- overhead pully ext for yrs trying to get them to catch up..
Still never Big enough....
