Legs of course !! But have to get them in cause it's the base of everything

I hate everything... It's painful... I honestly train just as a means to a end ( if you know what I mean).. But I dread arm work.. Just bores me.. I actually liked training legs and hammies a bit before the knee replacements.. Hopefully after a bit I can go back and train them again.. Kinda liked leg pumps..

I agree on arms.

Besides being boring, the pumps are usually unbearable.

Biceps and abs. I used to like biceps but ive got some tendonitis now and the pump is just painful and uncomfortable. Abs are just boring and I hate the burning and cramping.

At 6'4 no matter what I do, my biceps to respond.
Everybody wants to be tall--oh yeah?
Wont like it so much when your trying to get big arms. Too much distance to travel for pulling movements? Dunno--thats what I read years ago.
Luckily my tris are good

I've noticed if your build is right being taller can help with pulling movements... Take 6ft8 Brian Shaw for example, guys built to move heavyweight period...

back and abs... I get too out of breath with back movements and I never feel my back, It's extremely rare for me to get a back pump... Ironically it's my best body part...

Me too, I wear a 17 1/2" shirt with a 36/37 sleeve, (with a folded cuff) it was great for boxing, at 5'10, I had a 72" reach and only weighed 119lbs... But for bodybuilding; not so much... What do you do to fill them out?

I have always had the genetics for good bize, back as well.
Yrs of strait bar curls...135 x 6 and 95 x 12's since I was 17.
Hit 200pds for a single once...lol
Now I pyramid hangin concentration curls has my mainstay...
Was workin up to 80's before my Blowout but normally 55's for 10's got the job done..
Been hitting my Long head on trize w- overhead pully ext for yrs trying to get them to catch up..

Legs and legs.

They are my genetically best muscle group, so I train them once every two weeks otherwise I start to look weird. My quads blow up quick..

However I still train calfs twice a week. Hate those too..

Love everything else, my favorites in order are

Arms
Back (My other blessed muscle group)
Shoulders
Chest

I'm tall so chest also isn't one of my favorites but it's still better than legs.

Blowout? what happened

Edit: Damn concreter, looking vascular as hell. We're about the same height so I feel your pain on the quest to having big arms. 19s look small on me.

You know the feeling. As little as two inches actually is on a tape measure, it's a WORLD of difference when rationalizing height and arm size.
I'm two inches taller than you. I'd take the look of your arms ANY DAY.

At 6'4" it is harder than 6'2" depending on arm length. Mine almost hit my knees..lol
Hit' them twice a week for a few yrs while bulking.
Mgf. Des and Lr3, spot inj and or slin and flood them with nutrient rich blood.

chest is my least favorite. Hate lugging the db's to the bench and having people standing in your way. Also, it's hard to maintain a pump when I do chest--can't seem to find the right angles to really feel it.
