What is your lowest HDL you ever gotten on blood work?

I was looking back at my blood work from several years ago and couldn't believe how bad my cholesterol was. My HDL was 3!! My LDL was 244, crazy.

Oops, misread the question, lowest HDL is 21 and that is on a statin

Honestly it was so long ago I can't remember. Probably test and anadrol though. I bet it was the anadrol that trashed my numbers. There was also a trace of blood in my urine.

Lipitor seems to raise HDL better than any other statin...but it too has sides, which I why I no longer use it myself

13 with cholesterol at 203. Then fixed it to 46 and 159 cholesterol in about 7 mos. Just did some more blood work as I am on PHF Super Mass but the HDL and LDL didnt come out. Have to redo but other values are not that bad. Stuff pretty awesome. MM

If you're on true HRT doses, I've seen the below supps recommended:
Vitamin D 4-6K IU ED
8-10 grams Fish oils ED
90-99% Cocao supreme dark chocolate (half a bar a day)
Cocao (not cocoa) powder (few tsp's a day)
Non-flush Niacin 500-1,000mg

Of course, at your age, I see no reason to be on for years at a time, but to each their own.

8 was my lowest HDL on 50 mg winny tabs per day, I was also on a bit of tren, mast and prop but the oral was the biggest cause.

I had an HDL of 11 some years ago. At that time I was on some test and 50mg of anavar daily.

Non- flushed Niacin does not have the same effects. Trust me, the flushing is a good thing.

I hope you are now getting blood work and getting your cholesterol under control or.....I am sure you know what might happen. I truly hope you are looking out for your health.
