What is your volume per week?

10-15 working sets per body part per week. Trial and error says that's all I can recover from, lifting heavy with some to failure.
Usually 10 reps or less except hamstrings 15 reps.

Lift one day, cardio the next. 6 days on, 1 off. So, 4 weight sessions per week.
 
My workouts take 30-40 min max..
low volume.. limited time between sets.. every body part is 4 exercises and done..15 seconds between sets.
6-15 reps to failure
 
Ive always been a high volume, 5 day split, hitting each body part once every 7 days guy. Recently though I've decided to lower my volume, increase intensity/density, and decrease frequency. Im looking at a 5 day split, but hitting each body part once every 10 days. We'll see how she goes. The goal is to maximize my strength and really build and solidify a base and get my set point closer to a respectable weight and LBM.
 
Three day a week... every other day.. I'm currently hitting everything once every 7 days.. 6 sets for big bodyparts.. 4 sets for small.. all sets to failure
 
Right now I'm on a push/pull/legs split and I do everything once every 7-8 days

I usually pick one exercise per body part and kill it for 4-5 working sets and then follow up with one or two sets of an accessory movement

Except for my back, I do two movements + rear delts

So basically ~10 working sets per week per body part, with some variation depending on the muscle, split up between two workouts
 
i did volume training for 2 years cuz the science told me to...10-12 sets per week.
got nowhere. exactly nowhere....im one of the ones it does not work for.
so im back to dorian yates style and dc style for arms and calves.
low volume once a week. already feel better and strength was surprising today.
4 total work sets for back shoulders forearms, 1 set dc for arms, 2 dc for calves, 1 for chest and legs.
 
Chest and Tris
6-9 work sets for chest
4-8 sets for tris

Back and bis
6-9 work sets for back
3-8 sets for bis

Shoulders and Tris (no front delt)
6-8 work sets for shoulders
4-8 sets for tris

Legs
8-14 sets

I usually take two off days a week, I try to go everyday but it ends up being around 5 days a week (due to outside factors). Hence why I have the mindset of going everyday.
 
I switched up to a new three way split.
Chest/Back width/back thickness/calves 3 working sets each, one exercise
Hamstrings/Quads/abs I use DC for this.. Especially the 30+ rep quad set.
Delts/Biceps/Triceps/Cavles 3 working sets for each, one exercise per.

It's supposed to be a 3 on/1 off but I just keep going until I feel I need a day off. My workouts are literally 30-35 minutes.
 
5day wk split. M-F, weekends off. Each bodypart 1x wk. 3 exercises per bodypart, 8-10 reps 2 warm up sets, 5-6 reps last 2 sets to failure. 2 sets at end of bodypart lighter weight 15reps.
