Love my job. I’m a roofing contractor.
Get to meet and help a ton of people and argue with insurance companies and yell at adjusters lol.
No set hours sometimes it can be a 24hour job but I’m highly blessed. Goes hand and hand with my wife being an insurance agent.

Im curious about the gender breakdown in pharm sales. It seems like whenever I see a sales rep in a doctor's office that they are young attractive women. Been noticing that now for many years, but recently in the past 3 years or so it seems a bit less pronounced.

From what you know, are there more women in pharm sales? Ive seen data that shows men have a higher salary but cant seem to find anything about the breakdown in employment by gender. Having young attractive women in sales makes sense since the majority of doctors are men.

Pretty sure I will be seeing a sales rep this Tuesday when I get my new defibrillator installed. When I got my first one there was on with us in the OR. A larger majority of those do seem to be men. We have a neighbor that used to be a nurse that is a successful device sales gal, so they are out there.
