What kind of blood pressure meds do you guys use?

Baby asprin at all? If so, how much daily and when do you know you think you should take it? Do you take your blood pressure and take some if you feel its too high? Do you take it daily every few hours just to keep it low? Advice on what you guys do is appreciated

Baby asprin 1 a day when im on. Just to be safe, as far as I know it wont hurt gains so y not.

go doctors and have ur BP checked

dont start taking BP meds wen u have no idea whether you need them or not,

just becoz a few people on a forum take BP meds, doesnt mean you should,

remember this is forum where guys use alot of juice, thats why they take them, becoz alot do suffer BP problems

if your worried about heart health start taking l-arginine, AAKG etc, if you research into it and its vaso dilating effects, ud see it is one of the best things you can take for heart health, and is completely legal

If you actually have high BP and are on the sauce there's a couple things that could help. For one, one baby aspirin in the morning is good. If you are having a lot of water retention, I use HCTZ at 25mg eod and it expels it right out. But that's only if you are getting hypertension from edema, not for other reasons.

Always aspirin, but I've had bp issues long before juice.
Never been overweight and have always exersized its just hereditary.
Anyway taking 20ml linsopril and will up it to 40ml on a tren run.
