What kind of bread do you use ?

The site has stores where you can buy it but just order a sample pack. Make sure to get an almond butter or something too for the bagels.

yes as mentioned they do have stores that you can actually buy from, mainly eastcoast, but I got mine directly and came quick!

I love the bread (bread, bagels and flat bread), we order it by the case load in our house and freeze it. The flat bread makes for a great home made pizza that fits into my diet.

I wasnt thrilled about the new peanut butter spreads though. In comparison to the regular all natural peanut butter I buy in the store, the p28 is 4 times the price and only about 5 grams of protein more per serving. Also dont like the sugar alcohols that are listed in the p28 spreads.

Ajdos - the p28 is alright, but if you are sensitive to wheat/gluten stick with the Ezekiel.

There are also more gluten free bakeries popping up, so check around your area to see if they have decent prices or can cut some specials.

Why? Does Ezeikel bread contain no gluten?
