What kind of workouts do you do?

I do an FST-7 routine, 4 days a week.

I'll alternate shoulders one week, then arms the next, then back to shoulders.

I feel they get enough work pushing and pulling on chest and back days for the most part, but still like to give them a little more love :D

i been back and forth with high volume and HIT and everything, i keep coming back to HIT type workouts, DC was the most effective for me. i change it up between 3 sets for a bodypart with the first set being 15-20 heavy the 2nd being 10-12 and 3rd being 8-10 all heavy as i can. This seems to work great for me. I will do this for a while then switch back to DC. monday would be chest/shoulders/back
wednesday would be legs/arms
friday would be chest/shoulders/back
monday legs/arms
 
this works well for me

Bulking- 3on 1off. 12-16 sets/ bodypart. Calves and Abs twice/wk other bodyparts once/wk. 15min cardio/day. high carbs mod protein low fat.

Cutting- 6on 1off. 12-16 sets/ bodypart, each bp twice/wk. Calves and Abs 4times wk.
30min cardio/day. high protein low carb real low fat.
 
Follow a lot of the workout principles of Charles Poliquin. He has some great stuff.
 
Usually basic free weight exercises with high volume medium reps for upper body to medium/high for lower body with about 90 second rest in between sets. Usually of course there are times when i implement giant sets, drop sets, monster sets etc.
