My buddy hired a trainer and prep guru for his last show. This guy claimed he knew tons of stuff and trained pros all the time. I think I could have done a better job prepping him. This guy charged him and really gave him no more info that someone could find on a site like this. I'm not sure what makes a guru. Say it loud enuff and long enuff I guess it makes it so. I won't hire anyone now that isn't a past competitor with some wins under his belt.
What makes a guru a guru as opposed to a regular Joe that reads alot?
