Am:
10mg methylene blue
D3+K3
CoQ10
12,5mg Jardiance
BPC+TD500+KPV+GHKCU
6iu HGH generics
Magnesium bis

INTRA:
Taurine
EAA
CREATINE

Postwo:
Magnesium bis
Aswaghanda

Pm:
2,5 Nebivilolol
40 Telmisartan
150mcg T4
L-Theanine
50g Melatonine (works great as antioxidant)
50mg Fluvoxamine (keeps my mood more stable and brain full concentrate, now that I have this quad tear I really need it, or I would be depressed as fuck)
Magnesium bis

While I do take both glycine and NAC, here is the problem..

It'd be treacherous and maybe even bad for you to take 5-10g NAC daily. I really think you need that kind of dose along with Glycine to potentially reap huge benefits.
Taking 600mg-2400mg of NAC daily with 1-2g Glycine probably doesn't do a whole lot - unfortunately.

I've also made so many of these lists on this forum over the years - I don't want to make another but I am tempted.

No fish oil? Or are you getting omega 3s primarily from food sources?
Correct. I dropped Wild caught salmon in. Gives me more food variety and I digest it better as it’s not processed like many fish oil supplements.

I recently pulled ALL of my supplements. I learned a few things:

1. I didn’t need 90% of the crap I was taking.

2. My digestion and GI has never been better.

The amount of stomach acid and stress all the supplement capsule breakdown was causing was just eye opening.

I then ran bloodwork to see what I actually needed.

Magnesium Glycinate- 400-600mg daily
Vitamin D3- 5000iu
CoQ10- 200mg daily (the OG mitochondrial support)

That’s it. More is not always better in this sport. And I say this as someone who made a thread on this and was taking endless things.

Couldn't agree more. I remember in my 20's I'd take 20-30 pills a day...just a waste of money and can't be good on the stomach

I've been using 2 thc/cbn gummies +30mg melatonin for a while it worked well. But for about 3 weeks I've been wakeup at 4 to piss and can't go back to sleep. So bumped up to 40mg no help. Imma add magnesium i read melatonin is more for falling asleep where mag is more for staying asleep.
Magnesium is really important for so much more than sleep especially on gear. It’s an essential electrolyte and is used in hundreds of bodily functions.

Literature would indicate 10mg/kg for the average guy, and your need will increase significantly on cycle.

Be sure to get magnesium glycinate or bisglycinate, the latter being the easiest on the stomach.

Beware of blends that contain multiple kinds of magnesium but don’t say how much of each, many kinds such as magnesium oxide are useless due to low bioavailability but are very cheap for companies to provide and are just used as buff to increase magnesium total on label.

Depends on the pills, there are absolutely beneficial supplements you can take that would amount to over 20 pills.

Even with a magnesium rich diet, I still need 5 pills or more a day just to hit magnesium totals to balance my electrolytes and the other hundreds of functions of magnesium.

Add 4000mg of DHA/EPA from fishoil, and I’m at like 11 pills already.

Add in vitamin D and k2 at an modrrate dosage and I’m at 17, add in melatonin I’m at 24.

That’s like bare bones basics and all except for the melatonin I’d consider absolutely essential for any human, that’s just scratching the surface of my supplements to be honest

Don't feel like typing out my list at this time (I will say I take MOST of everything that has been said by everyone else) BUT I will add what I don't think I saw:

Shilajit - I take it in a all-in-one supplement - "Clean Nutraceuticals Shilajit Supplement for Men with Sea Moss, Tongkat Ali, Ashwagandha, Boron, Zinc, CoQ10, PQQ - Fulvic Acid Capsules - Energy Support - 90 Count - Resin, Gummy & Powder Alternative " 1 serving each morning as it should help natural energy and think it helps increase absorption of my breakfast shake which includes:
20g collagen peptides, 20 blueberries (yes i count), 2 tablespoons 100% raw organic cacao powder(which increases stem cell production among other benefits), 2 teaspoons of moringa powder, 2 teaspoons of a powder that has blue spirulina and thyroid supporting ingredients, multi mushroom powder, whole milk

Alpha GPC (600mg + uridine 300mg) 2 servings a day 1 before my morning workout, the other in the early to mid afternoon

DIM and stinging nettle root extract for TRT help 1 serving of each every morning, then I rub on my prescription test gel (3 pumps)

liquid methyl folate(25mg) + methly b12(1mg) combo each morning

Turmeric pills with a high curcumin % with a shot of olive oil each morning

The QUADRINITY (RX) mct oil with each ml containing 33.3mg each of THC, CBD, CBG, CBN (don't be jealous) - 1/2 to full ml each morning and if the 1/2 dose I may retake it in the evening

Immune 24 hour+ - another good multi supp with the primary that caught my eye being Ester-C 1gram

WHEW! think I might as well of typed it all now but I will bring to and end with l-theanine (200mg)+ ksm66(600mg)

TO THE GUYS WAKING UP TOO EARLY OR MIDDLE OF NIGHT - that's most likely a cortisol spike and the last supplement with l-theanine and ksm66 is a double cortisol reducing supplement, also a tablespoon of olive oil can help as well

This 100%. I dont know about you but it gives me insane lucid dreams too.

I understand the opinion of guys saying more is not better.

But I respectfully disagree. I think for a lot of us and for all the shit we put into our bodies that we know is probably taking years off our lives, I don’t think more is bad.

I take about 40-50 maybe even 60 pills a day and while I probably don’t NEED most of it, I’m sure none of it is hurting and I take it as a preventative measure.

If I were to wait until I was deficient or NEEDED certain OTC supplements, perhaps it might be too late.

I don’t mind paying extra or taking extra pills especially if it’s possibly counteracting some of the negatives from the AAS being taken.

Yea, I understand that for sure. I could do the same.

Methylene blue
Tudca 500mg
Citrus Bergamot
Astragalus
NAC
Krill oil
cod liver oil
Vit. E / K2
Creatine
Magnesium complex
Betaine HCL
Digestive enzymes
Mushroom coffee (lions mane a few others, L-theanine)

Did you fell any difference with this as opposite regular melatonin and higher dose?
I would say the sleep effects are similar whether I use the low dose or the high dose. I actually noticed a better effect on the low dose initially until my body became tolerant. I am generally a big fan of replacing aging hormones to high-normal physiological levels and melatonin is no exception. I know there is a big wave of folks out there mega dosing it and there could be merit but we don’t have long term data on that. I’d rather keep it physiological.

I generally agree. It is a bad argument for someone to say that more pills must automatically be bad. It’s only bad if something specific is included in there that could have deleterious effects when combined with something else or cause too great of an effect (like lowering blood sugar too much). Or an overdose of a specific supplement (like B6, Copper, D3, folate, etc).

If you stick to things that only interact positively with one another, it could be 100 pills and be fine. I see some supplements on a lot of lists that don’t really have much evidence in favor of them but they are at least safe for the most part.

I take far more pills then is likely optimal and have been doing so since the 1980's. 30-40 was pretty common many of those years. Closer to half that these days. I am still here good blood work and usually go years at a time without day sick. Been sick 3x in the last 8 years. 2 covid and 1 cold it seems. Nothing that would have kept me in bed. And at 66 i doubt my immune system is as strong as it was in my younger days. But i do tend to think diet/food plays a far bigger part then supps.
As a side note i did cut my magnesium back last year as i had a blood test and i was over the top.

Did you happen to play outside alot as a kid? I also never get sick, I'm also not ocd with washing hands, or scared of door handles, find hand sanitizer disgusting, don't really use meds, couldn't care less about a flu shot...Basically the anti germaphobe lol. I do believe in the hygiene hypothesis but also believe if someone is physically active and diet is on point, and they limit stess...that 99% of what keeps people from getting colds or flu etc.

I’ve thought deeply about this. All those gel caps can’t be good for you, and probably a source of my digestive stress for a while. I remember taking less for a few months and feeling much better. It might be time to pull back

I grew up hunting , fishing and running trap lines. There were no kids to play with. We had well water which made for strong teeth as per my dentist. I barely keep wounds clean. I came in contact with city and country germs. Only had 1 infection in my life from when i got all my wisdom teeth pulled and some bacteria from the germy mouth lead to getting a headache. So i figured a brain infection should be avoided. So i got some antibiotics. I wash my hands after i take a dump but didn't as a kid. I figure my dick is clean so i don't worry about that. I missed 3 days of work in my life from being to sick. Retired 7 years ago. I got colds 1-2 times a year as a kid but i avoided anything plant like in those days other then potatoes and onions. My family is pretty hardy. As a kid we were taught to just suck it up. After living with a vegetarian for almost 10 years with me doing the cooking. My health immediately improved with the more veggies i ate.

Is there a full spectrum health supplement you guys would recommend in order to cut back on all the gel caps? Morphogen Nutrition comes to mind with some great health stacks but I want to see what you guys recommend

The first supplement in my post above made by Clean Nutraceuticals, the Ancient Elixir has several goodies and I think I have seen a few others from them that are pretty nice but I definitely haven't seen an all-in-one nor ever expect to but if you have Amazon might wanna type that name in
