I grew up hunting , fishing and running trap lines. There were no kids to play with. We had well water which made for strong teeth as per my dentist. I barely keep wounds clean. I came in contact with city and country germs. Only had 1 infection in my life from when i got all my wisdom teeth pulled and some bacteria from the germy mouth lead to getting a headache. So i figured a brain infection should be avoided. So i got some antibiotics. I wash my hands after i take a dump but didn't as a kid. I figure my dick is clean so i don't worry about that. I missed 3 days of work in my life from being to sick. Retired 7 years ago. I got colds 1-2 times a year as a kid but i avoided anything plant like in those days other then potatoes and onions. My family is pretty hardy. As a kid we were taught to just suck it up. After living with a vegetarian for almost 10 years with me doing the cooking. My health immediately improved with the more veggies i ate.
Haha, sounds like me. Yeah I'll wash my hands after a shit but but washing hands before a meal just to do it? Never crosses my mind, covered in tattoos never did "aftercare " 0 infections, back in 2002 we didn't have spray bottles around the gym..we lifted then moved into the next equipment, etc. I used to work at a car dealership...those mechanics would pop right out of the stall get right back in the shop without looking at the sink, never called in sick but they were getting 10k steps by noon covered in grease. I definitely think on some level exposure to germs at a young age strengthens the immune system..we used to climb trees get covered in sap, roll down the hill, etc. The good old days, ate the same junk kids eat today cheetos, fruit roll ups, ice cream sandwiches but we moved and played outside.
