What percentages of macronutrients do they use?

Hello, guys, I was learning a bit about the diet of JM, my macros were always those of the diet of the zone 40carb 30pro 30fat (I do not know if they heard about it). What I discovered in this diet (MEADOWS) is that it uses the same amount of carbohydrates (or less) than fat and the protein dominates the percentages this the days of training and the days of rest are significantly reduced carbohydrates (44%prot 39%fat 17%carbs) . Have they used it? I know that each body works differently but I would like to hear your opinions since I always liked John's approach as much as in his YouTube channel as in his workouts.

It's generally not stagnate, it changes as you progress and depends how you respond. Thus throwing out percentages wouldn't help much unless you're just establishing a start point for the diet.

Yes sure, I never notice big changes when I change the macros (anyway I'm not a big person like many here), but I think that the calories are the most important in the equation, I just wanted to know the experiences of you

40% Protein
40% Carbs
20% Fat

is the best macro that exist.

Your going to be the biggest while being the leanest you can to retain size. Because protein and carbs are equal.

If you lower protein and up carbs, your going to be more bulky.
if you lower carbs and up protein, your going to be more ripped.

Jay cutler used this macro
Arnold swazzanneger used this macro.

its Bulletproof.

Macros

Im 250 lbs at 12% bf. For a cut my trainer (former competitive bb with many wins) recommended 1.4g protein per lb of lbm and roughly equal cals from carbs and fat to round out the remainder.

300g protein = 1200 cals = 50%
65g fat = 585 cals = 25%
200g carbs = 600 cals = 25%

I up carbs when i want to gain and drop carbs while cutting. As other state the macros are tweaked as needed.
