I am trying to shed some fat and was wondering what some of your most tried and true fat loss tips are.
i am cutting calories slightly and adding some cardio. I will cut more calories every week until I like what I see in the mirror. I am keeping up the training intensity pretty well. Also, I am running 600mg tren a week. I am trying to stay off T3 and clen and any other chemicals that will increase my blood presure.

If you are still losing fat, why cut calories further and increase the chance or losing muscle as well?

What your calories are coming from is just as important as how many calories you are consuming. Increase you protein intake, get your carbs from complex sources, and keep well hydrated.

Best things to do in my book,

1.AM Cardio -Wake up drink 1 scoop of whey, and go do cardio - then u can eat
2. Add a Fat Burner
3. Post your diet here and we all can help you.

Cut Rest Time bewteen sets
Limit Weighing yourself to 1 time per week
drink lots of water
Cut out the Crap - beer, Junk Etc
Have lots of sex
Write down what u eat, track calories
Stay Consistant
Realize it takes time, it took you 3 months to get fat, might take u longer to lose it

Every now and then eat something u like
 
"Self Control" i hear its all the rage ;)
 
for me

only play with one variable at a time
carb cycle
add a lil bit of cardio once u start to plateau
---morning cardio of possible.
increase cardio if necessary
add thermogenic

never lower total calories too much--stay patient (1-2 lbs a week)
 
vitor hit it on the head, its not too complacated if you break it down and you are serious, tren at 600mg a week will raise you bp and have you pissin very dark in no time(kidneys), if you are losing weight(fat) on what you are doing dont change too much if you are happy with it good luck bro!

BOOYAH!!!! Thats what I'm talking about. I'm a puss so I drop carbs to zero for three days and eat clean normal the fourth and cycle that till I'm ripped to my satisfaction. I drink nothing but water and eat a multi vitamin and a calcium every meal(6 a day). The more you eat the faster you will lose because processing and storing the food takes calories and they come from your fat stores. Yeah, flame the shit out of me but it works yesterday.
 
beside the gear, lots of watter, grean tea, one piggin'out day a week, seed flex oil, aerobics some three times pw early in the morning on empty stomack, or even workout instead,SyntheBurn.
