What sauces do you use to flavor food?

I am getting sick of ragu sauce which is a 30 calorie sauce i use to flavor meat and pasta,chicken and rice ect.

Anyone have sauce ideas?

My two favs are glutten free made by San J, they ones I like are the Thai Peanut and Szechaun style. The Szechaun is really low in cals/carbs/sugars idea for dieting if thats of concern.

I use all sorts of sauces when I bulk. Mustard, ketchup, bbq sauce, soy ginger sauce, hot sauce(sriracha brand), hoisen sauce, stir fry sauce, black bean sauce, and spicy mayo(sushi). I'm asian so a lot of sauces I use are asian based, lol. Keeps things interesting and especially chicken which can taste bland and nasty after awhile.

weber BBQ sauce, two table spoons is like 35 calories and can cover a lot of food. also no HFCS.

Unless you're dieting hard why worry about the sauce you put on something? The calories from it are trivial. Use whatever tastes good.

I use stuff like ketchup, all kinds of mustard, BBQ, sriracha, Frank's Hot Sauce, tobasco, mayo, aioli, and other homemade sauces all the time.

not trying to ba a smartass but the grocery store has 1/2 an isle of condiments

maybe you havent experimented much in a kitchen so here are some idea

ranch dressing ff or reg
various dry seasonings rubs ecetera
mckormicks montreal steak seasoning its a spice shaker awsome sheet
honey mustard
terriaky sauce
mix your lean meat with rice or pasta and salsa and taco seasoning

Tapitio and Sirachia(spelling?) sauce up to 3 weeks out and even then I don't just pour it on.

Sprouts/Sunflower and Trader Joes have some decent sauces but I'm that huge on sauce...

Soy sauce and mustard work well together.

Pressure cooking food makes it softer and can eliminate the need for sauces.

Ever use Grill Mates for Chicken? I usually marinade 5 to 6 pounds of chicken for 1 package. Excellent marinade and a no brainer to prepare..

Lots of light bbq, ketchup, and spicy brown mustard for me.

Found this stuff called cajun power garlic sauce that's a great marinate or dip.

For marinating beef dale's is amazing. Loaded with sodium but sooo good.
