What should u do next ? my advice stop AAS 1st ,get your weight up then post on here after you have gained .

hey vander thanks for the reply. currently, im dieting to get lean to about 10-11% BF so i wont be in a gaining phase at least for a while.

Seriously now, you need to shut the fuck up and leave our members alone. Telling some of the best competitors in their respective divisions to shove their advice is not what we're about here.

Oh and I wasn't being overly harsh imo - but thanks for the "shut the fuck up". You're a kid with serious issues and we're gonna see all 155lb of you on the news blaming steroids for some attempted bombing of your school or something or trying to kill some kid who called you fat.

"I can't get a job until I reach my goals" - most of the pros where I come - nay, ALL - have jobs to support their goals. But then, they'd only have about 120lb on you and maybe they're doing something wrong.

Like jerry, I know blokes at 5'6" who are over 230lb+ and leaner than you, but maybe I can give them your email so they can get some advice on how to be hardcore.

Find another board champ. This is for experienced, mature weight trainers to share information, not cop shit for helping out a beginner. IronMike
