yea i loved the products thats not the problem, my credit cards wont be accepted for some reason. ive used them one kaotik before, and e-mailed them about the problem, but have not heard back.

There was an earlier thread about this - their Credit Card processor is down for a while. Should be a short-term problem.

I just tried to purchase some things. It's not accepting my credit card. How long is it going to be down? Anybody, know? Looks like I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

We are still waiting for our new cc processor to intergrate the systems together. We have been on the phone with them all day but they like to take there sweet time.
