I don't run, have Never run Distance in my Entire Life.

I will on occasion do 40 Yard Wind Sprints to help with Leg Strength and Endurance................................... JP

Was a Sprinter in High School, so that's why I like Wind Sprints.

I don't run, but when I do cardio on my stationary bike every morning, I'll watch a T.V. show episode, listen to a podcast, or listen to some music.

Emmure
Breakdown of Sanity
Unearth(older stuff)
As I Lay Dying(older stuff)
Haste the Day (older stuff)
From Autumn to Ashes (older stuff)

And when nobody is nearby

Cash Cash (finest hour)
RL Grime ( I wanna know)

All these negative comments about running. Probably necessary when gear had your cholesterol whacked out and you weigh 250lbs for half your life. Maybe would help prevent these heart related deaths that people tend to blame on "genetics".

I prefer laid back music like some Bob Marley or sublime type stuff. Nothing real angry.

Saw them in concert this summer, dang they are loud! All the other bands played and its like when they came out they turned it up to 11! Great in concert. First time ive seen them. The tour is awesome, lots of great thrash metal.
