Anything, liver values, lipids, cholesterol, blood pressure, anything.
 
Astragalous (sp?) ...creatinine

Citrus bergamot- ldl (although made huge diet changes so hard to tell)

A book can be written to answer your vague question... I will give you 1 for each but bear in mind there are many more. These are some of my staples year round
Liver: Injectable glutathione
Lipids: Citrus bergamot
Blood pressure: Arjuna
 
Fish Oil, Astragalus, Ubiquinol, citrus bergamot, curcumin those are the ones i would say the ones that really pushed the needle in the right direction when we are talking results.
 
Red yeast rice and healthy fats fixed my cholesterol.
 
Not a supplement....but having Apnea then starting to use a CPAP did amazing things for both my lipids and GFR
 
I ran milk thistle and tudca with nac during and after oral but it didn’t seem to help, my numbers were high. It took a 2-3 months for my numbers to drop to normal range. Maybe it’s because I’m getting older, or maybe I enjoyed drinking too much when I was younger…
